Job summary

NHS Jobs in South Gloucestershire is seeking a Band 7 Clinical Psychologist to provide a psychology service to the designated team, including assessment and therapy for individuals and groups where appropriate.

You will offer specialist consultancy to multidisciplinary teams and other care-providing agencies, participate in clinical and caseload supervision, and maintain accurate records while monitoring workload and ensuring timely data recording for the Trust.

Qualifications

• Provide psychology service to designated team including assessment and therapy for individuals and groups.
• Provide specialist consultancy to multidisciplinary teams and other agencies delivering care for the client group.
• Participate in generic team duties as agreed by the operational manager and Psychology Lead, to the needs of the service.
• Participate in clinical and caseload supervision arrangements provided by the Psychology Service.
• Maintain accurate records and monitor clinical workload using agreed systems.
• Ensure timely recording of all data required by the Trust.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychology services including assessment and therapy to individuals and groups.
• Act as a specialist consultant to multidisciplinary teams and external agencies.
• Contribute to generic team duties as directed by management.
• Engage in clinical and caseload supervision.
• Maintain accurate, timely records and data entries for workload monitoring.
