• Significant post qualification experience working at a highly specialist level.
• Experience providing clinical supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist psychological service to users with severe/complex mental health difficulties.
• Supervise and manage staff within the community mental health team.
• Contribute to the Trust's Community Mental Health Transformation initiative.
