Overview

Clinical Psychologist NeurorehabilitationYorkshire

Contract: Permanent, 35 hours per week (part-time considered)

Band 8 £55,690 - £62,682 per annum DOE FTE

The Role

We are seeking a Clinical Psychologist to join a specialist neurorehabilitation service for adults with acquired brain injury. You will provide psychological and neuropsychological assessments, develop collaborative formulations, and deliver evidence-based interventions within a multidisciplinary team. The role includes setting and reviewing SMART goals with service users, offering individual, family, and group therapies, contributing to team formulations and risk management, and supporting families and carers. You will also take part in the on-call rota and ensure high standards of service delivery.

About You
  • Degree in Psychology (BPS recognised) and Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (BPS accredited) or equivalent
  • HCPC registered Practitioner Psychologist
  • Experience in neurorehabilitation, with knowledge of acquired brain injury, neuroanatomy, and rehabilitation approaches
  • At least 2 years post-qualification experience in a relevant clinical area
  • Skilled in producing clinical reports and working within a multidisciplinary team
  • Interest in clinical neuropsychology and continuing professional development
