You will lead cross‑functional teams, coach junior staff, manage budgets, and maintain strong client relationships with pharmaceutical partners, ICH/GCP compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of ICH, GCP and related regulations.
• Experience leading clinical projects from start-up to close-out.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple clinical projects from start-up through close-out.
• Support study management and day-to-day operations.
• Monitor budgets and drive on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure service excellence.
• Serve as the public-facing operational contact for assigned projects and client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with ICH/GCP and participate in audits and inspections.
