Job summary

Perspectum is seeking a Senior Clinical Project Manager to oversee multiple clinical projects from start-up to close-out, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence and high-quality standards.

The role requires leadership, strong collaboration with pharmaceutical partners, and oversight of regulatory compliance (ICH/GCP). You will mentor junior staff and drive process improvements across the Pharma operations function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human sciences or biological sciences.
• Experience in medical imaging or MR physics.
• Experience leading a team with hands-on approach.
• Experience working with Clinical Trial Management Systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of ICH and GCP regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple clinical projects from start-up to close-out.
• Support study management and day-to-day operations.
• Identify operational challenges and drive improvements.
• Prepare and maintain study documentation.
• Manage monthly budgets for ongoing projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Ensure client expectations and deliverables are met.
• Facilitate audits and address findings as needed.
