Job summary

East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust seeks an experienced hospital pharmacist to strengthen clinical pharmacy services within the Diagnostics, Anaesthetics and Surgery (DAS) Division. You will work with consultants, nurses, and pharmacy staff to ensure safe, effective medicine use, while contributing to training and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical pharmacy services to Intensive Care and Surgical Assessment Unit wards.
• Train and mentor pre-registration pharmacists, pharmacy undergraduates and rotational clinical pharmacists.
• Support weekend and on-call service after orientation.
• Collaborate with consultants and medical staff to optimize medicine use.
