A prominent NHS Trust in Wolverhampton is seeking an experienced pharmacist for a role involving undergraduate clinical placements and teamwork with the University of Birmingham. Candidates should be GPhC registered and have significant experience in clinical pharmacy, with a focus on supporting student training and maintaining clinical skills. This part-time position (30 hours) may transition to full-time based on funding and additional responsibilities.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, enthusiastic and dynamic pharmacist to work in a collaborative clinical & academic post between the Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust and the University of Birmingham. The post holder will work across both organisations.
At RWT you will work alongside our Principal Pharmacist for Education and Training to deliver high-quality undergraduate clinical pharmacy placements and support the development of our wider pharmacy team.
At the University of Birmingham you will contribute to the well-established educational and research excellence of the School of Pharmacy.
The post is contracted for 30 hours per week (0.8 WTE). The department is exploring opportunities to increase the hours to 37.5, contingent upon securing supplementary funding and the post-holder taking on additional responsibilities.
