Qualifications

• Registered pharmacist with GPhC to practice.
• Significant post-registrational experience required.
• Experience in supervision, training, and assessment of staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support to the Care of Older Adults Directorate and wards.
• Liaise with consultants and nursing teams for safe prescribing.
• Monitor drug expenditure against budgets for the directorate.

Knowledge of General and Older Adult Medicine

Education

Pharmacist registered with the GPhC

Post Graduate Clinical Diploma or equivalent
