This is an exciting Band 6-7 progressional role, providing structured support and development in clinical pharmacy and independent prescribing practice.
You will deliver high quality clinical pharmacy services, support medicines optimisation, and develop your prescribing skills, progressing from Band 6 responsibilities under supervision to full Band 7 duties once competencies are achieved.
Core hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours plus oncall duties

You will be responsible for delivering expert pharmaceutical care to individuals with mental and physical health conditions, ensuring safe and effective use of medications.

Please note applicants will be required to pay for their DBS check. Costs are deducted from salary following appointment. The cost of the DBS application is £26.40 (standard) or £54.40 (enhanced), this cost will be deducted from your salary over the first 2 months of employment.
