Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Clinical Lead for the Mindworks East Hub, covering Leatherhead and Redhill. You will provide leadership and management support, ensuring high standards of practice and collaboration across the multidisciplinary team, with a focus on children and young people and their families.

You must be NMC registered, with significant experience with CYP under 18, and proven leadership.

Main duties of the job

Essential qualifications

Essential experience

• Sound experience of working with CYP with a variety of mental health issues
• Demonstrable expertise in complex assessment of people with both mental and physical health issues
• Demonstrable ability to develop practical innovations and approaches to issues and complex problems
• Expertise and experience in supervision and supporting the growth of other staff.
• Proven ability to provide training and education regarding mental health and complex clinical topics

Essential driving licence

• Full UK Driving license
