Job summary

Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced orthopaedic professional with GMC registration to join the team in the UK. The role requires MBBS or equivalent, full GMC license to practice, and permission to work in the UK.

Desirable qualifications include FRCS Trauma & Ortho and a strong track record in middle grade orthopaedics. The candidate should demonstrate a wide range of orthopaedic experience, including at least four years in middle grade roles and ATLS

Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent required.
• Full GMC registration and license to practice.
• Permission to work in the UK required.
• FRCS Trauma & Ortho desirable.
• Wide range of experience in orthopaedics.

• Evidence of suitable logbook experience in upper and lower limb trauma.
• Ability to demonstrate research methodology.

• Experience and interest in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching.

Desirable criteria

• One peer reviewed Trauma publication.
• National or International Trauma presentations
