Senior Clinical Fellow posts - Older Peoples Medicine

Senior Clinical Fellow posts (IMT3 or equivalent) are available to cover rotation vacancies in Older Peoples Medicine. Posts are fixed term until August 2026.

The appointment is to the Trust, not to specific hospitals.

Norwich is a vibrant city with good transport links, housing, and a range of cultural and leisure opportunities. The Trust is a university teaching hospital with available opportunities for teaching and collaboration with partners at the Norwich Research Park and the University of East Anglia.

Responsibilities

Successful candidates will join the medical directorate Tier 2 rota including out of hours on-call elements within specialties and General Internal Medicine.

All employees, including the appointee, will be involved in implementing the Trust’s Clinical Governance programme, including:

  • clinical audit
  • quality improvement
  • clinical guidelines and pathways
  • professional development, appraisal and risk management

There are opportunities to undertake teaching roles on a sessional basis as part of the university teaching hospital environment.
