Job summary

A leading healthcare provider in Bristol is seeking a Senior Clinical Fellow to join their Medicine Division. The role involves clinical assessment and management of patients in acute medicine, performing ward rounds, and supporting junior staff. A commitment to teaching and leadership is essential. Job description
Overview

Target employment start date December 2025. This post is a Senior Clinical Fellow working within the Medicine Division.


Responsibilities


  • Clinical assessment and management of the whole range of patients across acute medicine

  • Perform ward rounds with junior support

  • Independently manage patients with on site consultant supervision

  • Support more junior trainees/PAs/ACPs

  • Make independent discharge decisions and follow up arrangements

  • There will be clinical duties, an element of teaching, governance and leadership and teamwork requirement
