A large Integrated Health Board in the UK is seeking a specialist to provide clinical services in Paediatric Emergency Medicine. Responsibilities include patient care, departmental management, and supervision of junior staff. The role offers the opportunity for professional development, with 30% of time for associated activities facilitated through links with Cardiff University. Candidates will also participate in an out-of-hours rota, attracting a banding supplement. This position is available for a period of 12 months starting from August 5, 2026.

The post is available from 5th August 2026 for 12 months.
Appointees can have up to 30% of their time devoted to one or more of the above activities which will be facilitated through links with the EMAC at Cardiff University with use of an office based in the university.
Appointees will have 70% of their time allocated to clinical duties in Paediatric Emergency Medicine.
They will participate in the out-of-hours rota, which attracts a banding supplement of 1A (50%).
