A major NHS teaching Trust in the UK is seeking a postholder to manage paediatric intensive care and further develop patient care while actively participating in the training of junior staff. The role involves significant responsibilities in managing critically unwell children and requires strong communication skills as part of a multidisciplinary team. This position offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact within a busy healthcare environment.
These are replacement post/s. The remit of the postholder/s will be to work within the multidisciplinary team providing and further developing care for patients within the service. In addition, the individual will be required to play an active role in the general workload of the Care Group while having a significant commitment to teaching and training of junior staff. It is envisaged that the appointee will contribute to the development and delivery of aspects of these services depending upon their interests and experience.
