A leading health board in the UK is seeking a Clinical role focused on promoting patient safety and well-being. Candidates must hold a full GMC Registration and have completed F1/F2 training. The successful candidate will be required to work effectively as part of a multi‑disciplinary Clinical Team to promote the safety and well‑being of the patients, under the supervision of the Consultants and Clinical Lead Dr Sairan Whitaker.
This is a permanent post, and candidates will be required to work on a full‑time basis and therefore will be contracted to work basic 40 hours per week. Salary will be confirmed in advert. The department will also consider part time working. There is no on‑call commitment with this post.
You will be supported if you wish to complete your CCT and gain expertise in the diagnosis and management of complex skin disease including eczema, psoriasis, hidradenitis suppurativa, and optimised use of biologic and other immunomodulatory therapies.
There are opportunities to gain surgical skills in minor skin surgery, including reconstruction with flaps and grafts and that we work closely with our colleagues in a tertiary referral centre for plastic surgery.
You must be fully registered with the GMC and hold a licence to practise and be on the Specialist Register.
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
