The Hepatobiliary Unit has a vacancy for one Clinical Fellow, to work at ST4-8 level. This post would be suitable for individuals either at the mid-point or towards the end of their higher surgical training. The learning opportunities encompass complex benign biliary disease, Hepatobiliary malignancy, General and Emergency Surgery.
A commitment to a clinical research project would be a prerequisite for this post.
The Hepatobiliary and Colorectal units have built upon the expertise in the management of complex liver surgery and colorectal cancer surgery. Patients are referred to the units for assessment and treatment from all over the United Kingdom. Referrals are also received from overseas. Hampshire Hospitals is also a centre of excellence for Neuroendocrine tumours.
