Closing date: 30 October 2025

This post offers the opportunity for focused subspeciality experience in adult cystic fibrosis (CF) and lung transplantation in world-renowned specialist centres. It is funded by the Cystic Fibrosis Trust as part of their Clinical Training Senior Fellowship Programme. The post is a combined CF-transplant fellowship working with the Adult CF Team at Royal Brompton Hospital and the Lung Transplant Team at Harefield Hospital, encompassing all aspects of CF care with an important focus on post-transplant care.

Main duties

The appointed trainee will work between the CF and transplant centres, attending clinics and multidisciplinary team meetings (notably cross-site CF-transplant team meetings). Integral to the fellowship is the completion of a research/quality improvement project focusing on post-transplant CF care.
