The postholder will join a service leadership triad with the Medical Lead and Operational Service Manager, combining autonomous clinical practice with strategic management to ensure safe, effective care

Qualificações

• Masters-qualified Advanced Clinical Practitioner required.
• Experience in senior clinical management and governance would be advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead agreed clinical and service improvements with partner organisations.
• Oversee clinical workforce and governance arrangements to ensure safe, effective care.
• Attend senior meetings and deputise for the Associate Director of Nursing and Quality when requested.
