Supervise and support the smooth running of own specific area in keeping with regulations and Turning Point's policies and practices in order to provide efficient and high-quality service. Provide a comprehensive administration service by working closely with the wider Management Team and where appropriate, other colleagues to support and coordinate activities as required at both service Hubs. Completing occasional reports and supporting the Clinical Admin Team Leader by auditing and supervising processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a comprehensive administration service by working closely with the wider Management Team and colleagues to support and coordinate activities at both service Hubs.
  • Complete occasional reports and support the Clinical Admin Team Leader by auditing and supervising processes and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Administration experience; Senior Administrator is desirable but not essential.
  • Confident communicator who can prioritise a varied workload and provide wide-ranging administrative support, while maintaining methodical attention to detail.
  • Knowledge and experience of Word, Excel and other Microsoft systems; training on data systems provided.
  • Time management, organisational and IT skills are important alongside communication and people skills.
  • Dynamic and driven, with a positive disposition and ability to fit in with the team.
