An educational institution for children in Alton is seeking a Senior Clinical Administrator to deliver high-quality administrative support to the Head of Healthcare and Nursing. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and organisational skills, and proficiency in IT, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel. The Treloar Trust provides education, care, therapy, nursing and independence training to around 180 children and young people with physical disabilities from all over the UK. Our aim is to prepare these young people for adult life, giving them the confidence and skills to achieve their full potential.
£31,408 per annum
Full time, 42 hours per week
We are seeking a proactive and highly motivated individual with excellent IT skills to provide high‑quality support to a senior manager and the wider clinical team. Based in a busy Health Centre within the school and college, you will work closely with the Head of Healthcare and Nursing.
The successful candidate will be an exceptional communicator with outstanding organisational skills. You will be able to use your own initiative, work well under pressure, and manage a varied workload in a fast‑paced and frequently changing environment. Flexibility, adaptability, and a strong commitment to delivering high‑quality administrative support are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
