Job summary

SYSTRA UK & Ireland is seeking a Commercial / PMO (Client Side) professional to support capital programmes, ensuring cost control and programme integrity across multiple work packages in London.

You will coach juniors, align EVM/EAC, handle change control, and maintain reporting and contract deliverables in line with client processes.

Candidates should have NEC experience and Chartered membership or working towards, with a background in civil engineering or rail projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in high value civil engineering, building, M&E, rail or infrastructure projects.
• Experience in managing client expectations and deliverables.
• NEC contract experience and change control processes.
• Post-contract commercial services knowledge: reporting, payments, variations, claims.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial assurance for the Client monthly billing cycle.
• Oversee change control and cost reporting across work packages.
• Manage risk, claims, and final accounts in line with client requirements.
• Coach junior members of the Commercial Team.
