Job summary

Cheetham Hall Limited is seeking a project-savvy Quantity Surveyor/Project Manager to lead complex healthcare-related building projects valued up to £10m. The role begins with pre-contract discussions with the sales team and continues through design, procurement, offsite construction, to site installation and commissioning.

Ideal candidates hold a QS or PM degree, with a minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience, including at least 5 years in client-side PM roles.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Project Management.
• 10+ years post-qualification experience.
• At least 5 years in client-side PM roles for a client or PM/Cost consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initial order to handover on time and on budget.
• Oversee design, procurement, offsite construction, site install and commissioning.
• Deliver extensive PM reporting and drive stakeholder engagement.
• Travel UK-wide, including overnight stays.
