Eliassen Group is seeking a part-time Senior Client-Side Project Manager to oversee a SaaS implementation and Oracle NetSuite integration. The PM will represent the client’s interests, provide independent vendor oversight, coordinate internal resources, identify risks, and support business readiness through go-live and stabilization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee legacy data migration scope, validation, reconciliation, and data integrity.
• Coordinate NetSuite integration activities across client finance/IT and external services.
• Plan and coordinate client participation in UAT, defect prioritization, and training readiness.
• Support go-live and stabilization, track post-launch issues, and coordinate closeout.
• Produce governance artifacts including status, risks, decisions, and trackers.

Our client seeks a part-time senior client-side project manager to oversee a SaaS implementation and Oracle NetSuite integration. The PM will represent the client’s interests, provide independent vendor oversight, coordinate internal resources and decisions, identify and elevate risks, and support business readiness through go-live and stabilization.

Rate: $65.00 to $75.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:

• Provide governance and vendor oversight by reviewing plans, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and status, challenging risks or gaps, maintaining issue, decision, action, and escalation logs, and preparing concise executive reports.
• Coordinate internally with the VP sponsor, internal project lead, and functional SMEs to secure timely reviews, participation, decisions, and approvals across departments.
• Oversee legacy data migration scope, accountability, validation, reconciliation plans, and exception handling, ensuring business owners assess completeness and integrity of historical and active records, including data affected by prior migrations.
• Coordinate NetSuite integration activities across client finance/IT, PlotBox, and any Oracle professional services, tracking interface decisions, dependencies, testing, exceptions, and finance-owner acceptance.
• Plan and coordinate client participation in UAT, defect prioritization, training, and operating-process readiness, assessing outstanding issues before milestone acceptance and go-live.
• Support go-live and stabilization by consolidating readiness findings, informing executive go/no-go decisions, tracking post-launch issues, and coordinating handover and project closeout.
• Produce and maintain governance artifacts including status, risks, decisions, and integrated trackers aligned to project milestones.

Experience Requirements:

• Proven success as a client-side project manager for SaaS implementations with ERP integrations, preferably Oracle NetSuite.
• Experience overseeing data migrations with complex historical records and prior-platform lineage.
• Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders, facilitate decisions, and drive timely approvals.
• Strong risk management, issue resolution, and escalation practices with concise executive reporting.
• UAT coordination, training readiness, and cutover/go-live planning experience.
• Familiarity with finance interfaces and acceptance criteria for ERP integrations.
• Part-time availability suitable for ongoing coordination, governance, and milestone oversight.
