Job description

This senior position sits within a specialist fiduciary team supporting institutional clients across pension trusts, endowments, and corporate structures. The role involves direct client interaction, company and fiduciary administration, and partnership with internal teams to deliver tailored service to high-value clients.

Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
  • Administering a portfolio of company and trust structures for institutional clients.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for fiduciary matters and client service.
  • Preparing and executing resolutions, minutes, authorisations, and payments.
  • Reviewing financial statements and supporting regulatory compliance.
  • Ensuring decisions and records are properly documented and meet all regulatory requirements.
  • Attending client and advisor meetings as required.
  • Working closely with fiduciary and investment teams to deliver a cohesive service.
  • Assisting with process improvements and consistency across fiduciary teams.
  • Acting as authorised signatory.
Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in fiduciary, fund, or financial services and be qualified, working towards, or willing to pursue STEP or ICSA. They will bring excellent client management, timekeeping, and communication skills, with a sound understanding of fiduciary best practice and regulatory environments. A proactive, team-oriented mindset and commitment to professional development are essential.
