Job description

We're looking for a dynamic Senior Client Relationship Manager to join a growing, forward-thinking financial services business that's redefining how clients experience retirement planning.

You'll be the heartbeat of client relationships, the go-to person for your portfolio of firms, ensuring they receive outstanding service, support, and partnership every step of the way. Working closely within a small, collaborative team (including a Client Services Manager and Customer Support), you'll lead by example to deliver exceptional outcomes and an effortless client experience.

If you thrive on relationships, love solving problems, and take pride in seeing things through, this role will put you right where you belong — at the centre of meaningful work that truly makes a difference.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Acting as the main point of contact for your clients, handling calls, emails and all correspondence with professionalism and care.
  • Building genuine partnerships with financial advisers and firms attending regular service calls, understanding their needs and driving continual improvement.
  • Managing escalations, complex queries and non-standard requests to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Collaborating across departments to deliver efficient, customer-first solutions, even when the pressure's on.
  • Maintaining clear and consistent processes and documentation within your team.
  • Proactively identifying ways to enhance service, streamline operations and challenge the status quo.
  • Managing your own workload effectively, taking full ownership of your KPIs and deadlines while supporting your colleagues where needed.
  • Demonstrating sound judgement and a deep understanding of risk, AML, data protection and compliance frameworks.
  • Using data to inform service improvements and decisions.
  • Leading with a positive, adaptable attitude you'll set the tone for others through your energy and accountability.
3>About You

We want someone who can juggle priorities effortlessly, connect the dots, and still keep a smile on your face. You're passionate about people, proactive in solving problems, and love the feeling of helping clients achieve great outcomes.

We'd love to hear from you if you can bring:

  • Solid experience within financial services ideally in client services, relationship management, or platform support.
  • Any background in retirement planning, platform operations, or replatforming projects - that's a big plus.
  • Experience managing clientations, process improvements, or service delivery teams.
  • A confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Organised, analytical, and attentive to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and confident using data insights to inform decisions.
  • A collaborative team player who's also happy to take ownership and work autonomously.
  • A calm, adaptable mindset in an evolving environment.
Why You'll Love It Here

This is a business that genuinely puts people first both its clients and its colleagues. It's a place where your ideas are encouraged, your development is supported, and your voice matters.

You'll join a passionate, inclusive culture that values diversity of thought, teamwork, and doing things differently. You'll be part of an exciting transformation journey, helping to shape the future of a growing and progressive organisation within the retirement space.

Alongside a competitive salary, you'll enjoy a generous benefits package including:

  • Non-contributory pension
  • Annual bonus
  • Enhanced parental leave
  • Paid emergency time off
  • Health & wellbeing initiatives
  • Flexible hybrid working
In Summary

If you're a relationship-driven professional who thrives on delivering outstanding service, managing complexity, and making a genuine impact this could be your next big step.

Bring your energy, empathy, and expertise and be part of something exciting.
