Job summary

JJ SEARCH LIMITED is recruiting a Client Portfolio Manager to oversee a £50m client book and lead client conversations aligned with the firm’s investment strategy. You will strengthen relationships with clients and financial advisers, support the Portfolio Management team, and ensure accurate account set-ups, documentation, and timely investment review letters.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in Client Portfolio Management or related wealth/investment roles.
• Level 6 qualification to provide Investment Advice.
• Strong Excel skills including PivotTables and VLOOKUP.

Responsibilities

• Manage client portfolios and relationships in line with investment strategy.
• Support Portfolio Management team and process deals, payments, and account set-up.
• Prepare investment review letters and arrange bulk trades for clients.
• Respond to ad-hoc client queries and act as point of contact for information.
