This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you’ll work with both migrating and existing NHS SBS clients to compose and implement coordinated process solutions. • Design and deliver tailored A2R solutions that meet client needs and business requirements.
  • Collaborate with NHS SBS Operational teams to ensure smooth migrations and process alignment.
  • Build high-level documentation, mitigate risks, and uphold implementation breakthroughs.
  • Provide client training, support, and mentorship regarding standard procedures and process adjustments.
  • Offer mentorship and support to Client Performance Leads to aid in their development and performance.
  • Explore ways to refine execution and drive revenue growth with lean principles.
  • Remain sensitive and professional when working with clients affected by organisational change.

  • Solid understanding of Oracle 12 and/or Fusion applications.
  • Knowledge of Accounting to Reporting (A2R) processes.
  • Excellent communication, customer engagement, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in project delivery, consultancy, and process design.
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with NHS organisational structures.
  • Willingness to travel and work away from home, including overnight stays.
Desirable
  • Project Management experience, ideally with PRINCE2 certification.
  • Knowledge of A2R and generic training processes.
