Senior Client Manager Milton Keynes – Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home after qualifying period) Salary: £60,000

Responsibilities
  • Portfolio Management: Planning, controlling, and reviewing client work to ensure efficient and effective delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Managing day-to-day operations, allocating work, mentoring staff, and conducting performance reviews.
  • Business Development: Providing advisory services, identifying opportunities for growth, and coaching your team to do the same.
Qualifications
  • ACA/ACCA qualified with 3+ years post-qualification experience in external accounts and general practice.
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and experience with OMBs, corporates, and partnerships.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel & Word; familiarity with Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, CaseWare, and tax software is a plus.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Commercial acumen and a client-focused mindset.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A proactive approach to change and problem-solving.
