Responsibilities

  • Reporting to and working alongside associate/partner.

  • Handling client correspondence and drafting responses.
  • Assisting with financial forecasts and management accounts.
  • Managing team training, attendance, and workflow.
  • Maintaining professional relationships with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities
  • Reporting to and working alongside associate/partner
  • Reviewing work and finalising accounts, tax returns, letters and fees to a standard and sending them directly to the client
  • Reviewing client and HMRC correspondence and drafting responses or communicating directly with the client
  • Assisting with ad hoc advisory matters, such as, financial forecasts, incorporation and management accounts
  • Dealing with ad hoc client queries/advice (tax, Xero, etc.)
  • Managing the team with regards to training, attendance and holiday
  • Oversee the workflow of the team
  • Competent use of accountancy and taxation software – Xero, CCH, Excel, Word
  • Maintain a professional working relationship with both clients and colleagues
