The Booking

Joining a top-tier global brand and design agency in London on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract, you’ll be working with world-class clients across tech, finance, entertainment and beyond.

This agency is trusted by leading brands to deliver high-impact strategy, brand identity, design and experience work on a global scale. You’ll be leading senior-level client relationships within fast-moving industry environments, overseeing rebrand and brand transformation projects, including strategy, visual identity, rollout, and governance and translating brand strategy into detailed scopes, timelines, budgets and delivery plans.

This is a hybrid role, with 3 days per week working onsite at the London studio for client sessions, workshops and team collaboration.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking to speak to experienced Senior Client/Account Managers who have experience with global rollouts, alongside exposure to fintech brands. It’s key that you have a strong understanding of digital products, service design or brand experience.

You’ll be more than comfortable collaborating with strategy, creative and client services teams, looking to maintain vision, alignment and delivery excellence across the board. With experience acting as your client’s strategic advisor, you know exactly how to identify risks, solve problems and spot opportunities whilst maintaining a brand’s integrity and consistency across all outputs and rollout phases.
