A leading international law firm is seeking a Senior Client Listening and Intelligence Manager to manage the client listening programme. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to gather insights and enhance the firm's client relationship strategy. We're looking for an experienced client-facing business development professional to join us as a Senior Client Listening and Intelligence Manager. Working as part of our International Pitch Team, you'll work at the intersection between client relationship management, business development, and pitch strategy. You'll lead and evolve the firm's client listening programme, weaving client insights and strategic research into every part of the pitch lifecycle to drive wins and deepen client relationships. You will be responsible for gathering, curating and analysing client and market data to ensure that we deliver excellent and continuously improving client service and insight-led, tailored and winning proposals, in line with the firm's 5-year strategy.
Sitting within our Marketing and Business Development function, our International Pitch Team's mission is really simple; we are here to help the firm to win some of the most exciting opportunities in the legal market. You'll be working with colleagues who have won some very big contracts - both inside and outside of the legal industry - and with senior stakeholders across the firm, to set the strategy and shape the tactics to win new work and strengthen and deepen client relationships.
