Butler Rose is seeking a Senior Client Adviser in Coventry to lead client relationships and drive service excellence. You will own the client portfolio, chair quarterly reviews, and translate client objectives into actionable work with internal teams.

You will develop a holistic view of client businesses, respond to queries promptly, mentor junior staff, and seek opportunities to add value through new services. A strong tax and accounting background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in client advisory within an accounting environment.
• Ability to run quarterly reviews and lead client discussions.
• Strong understanding of tax matters and reporting for business owners.
• Experience mentoring junior staff and coordinating with specialist teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead relationship owner for your client portfolio.
• Chair client meetings and quarterly reviews.
• Develop a holistic understanding of each client's business and objectives.
• Respond promptly to client queries by phone and email.
• Represent client interests in internal discussions.
• Coordinate with tax and other teams on projects.
• Identify sales opportunities and progress new services.
• Define solutions, scope work and articulate value to clients.
• Mentor juniors toward Client Advisor roles.
• Maintain strong commercial awareness aligned with KPIs.
