Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a sales role
• Experience in wellbeing, mental health, employee benefits sectors is desirable
• Knowledge of insurance sales in a Broker or Insurer environment is a plus

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and securing new partnerships
• Speaking with clients and providing solutions over various platforms
• Attending key conferences to generate new opportunities
• Providing accurate sales forecasts using pipeline reporting
• Maintaining relationships with key partners
