A forward-thinking HR consultancy is seeking a Senior Client Engagement Specialist to manage client relationships and ensure support throughout the partnership. This role blends client engagement with relationship management, operating mainly from home with some travel for meetings. Ideal candidates will have client-facing HR experience, strong communication skills, and a process-driven approach. This is a hybrid role where you’ll mainly work from home, with travel for meetings.

You’ll be the person who makes sure every client feels genuinely cared for and supported from their first conversation with us right through their ongoing partnership.
As a Senior Client Engagement Specialist you’ll use your HR knowledge and people insight to really understand each client’s challenges, connect them with the right Fitzgerald solutions, and make sure their experience with us is consistently excellent.
You’ll manage relationships across the full client journey from drafting proposals and onboarding new clients to managing check-ins and service reviews that strengthen trust and help us continuously improve.

You’ll need to be:
Experience in an HR consultancy, or familiarity with proposals and client onboarding processes, would be an advantage but isn’t essential.
