A leading HR services provider in the UK seeks a Senior HR Client Engagement Specialist to enhance client relationships and manage client journeys. In this hybrid role, you'll leverage your HR expertise to support clients, draft proposals, and coordinate onboarding processes. Job Type: Full-time, but we\'re open to 30 hours a week or above.

You’ll be the person who makes sure every client feels genuinely cared for and supported — from their first conversation with us right through their ongoing partnership.
As a Senior Client Engagement Specialist you’ll use your HR knowledge and people insight to really understand each client’s challenges, connect them with the right Fitzgerald solutions, and make sure their experience with us is consistently excellent.
You’ll manage relationships across the full client journey — from drafting proposals and onboarding new clients to managing check-ins and service reviews that strengthen trust and help us continuously improve.

Experience in an HR consultancy, or familiarity with proposals and client onboarding processes, would be an advantage, but isn’t essential.
