Corpag Group in the UK is seeking a Client Director to oversee a portfolio of corporate clients, lead delivery of corporate services, and ensure governance, compliance and client satisfaction across London and Warwick.

The role blends senior relationship management with a strong legal background and leadership, supporting cross-border structures and development across the two offices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a portfolio of corporate clients.
• Strong governance and regulatory compliance knowledge for UK and international structures.
• Legal background with a law degree or equivalent qualification.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary client contact for a portfolio of corporate clients, building long-term relationships.
• Oversee corporate services delivery including formation, filings, governance, and entity management.
• Ensure compliance with UK and international regulations and AML/KYC obligations.
• Review and approve key documents, resolutions, and filings prepared by the team.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and support business development.
• Lead and mentor Corporate Services staff across London and Warwick.
