A leading veterinary group in Market Harborough is looking for a Senior Client Care Associate. This full-time role includes leading the client care team, ensuring exceptional service, and managing rotas. The candidate should have strong leadership and communication skills with a passion for building relationships with clients. This position also offers comprehensive benefits, including training opportunities and a supportive work environment.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic Senior Client Care Associate to join our practice and return we offer a friendly, supportive environment along with a comprehensive 6-month induction program that will ensure you’re equipped with the knowledge needed to effectively lead the team. The right candidate will have access to further training and development opportunities through our CPD programs.
This is a permanent full-time position based at our branch in Market Harborough. Must hold a full driving licence.
Rutland Veterinary Centre is a first opinion veterinary practice with 5 branches and a hospital in the surrounding area. We pride ourselves in offering on-site emergency care, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
