Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic Senior Client Care Associate to join our practice and return we offer a friendly, supportive environment along with a comprehensive 6-month induction program that will ensure you’re equipped with the knowledge needed to effectively lead the team. The right candidate will have access to further training and development opportunities through our CPD programs.

This is a permanent full-time position based at our branch in Market Harborough. Must hold a full driving licence.

The role:
  • Demonstrate your strong leadership skills to support and engage your team
  • Deliver excellent communication and show good interpersonal skills
  • Provide exceptional customer service, building strong caring relationships with our clients
  • Working alongside and supporting the Senior Leadership Team with effective client care strategies
  • Resolve issues and concerns effectively with compassionate care to our clients
  • Manage rotas and administration requirements
Who we are:

Rutland Veterinary Centre is a first opinion veterinary practice with 5 branches and a hospital in the surrounding area. We pride ourselves in offering on-site emergency care, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Our dedicated team of clinical and non‑clinical staff provide high standards of care to our patients and our clients.

We support many local pet charities and are heavily involved in the local community.

What we offer:
  • Full Time 35-40 hours a week plus 1:3 Saturdays. Hours can be worked over 4 or 5 days.
  • Salary £33280.00 pro rata
