• Manage and service client accounts with Client Executives.
• Apply insurance principles to policy wording queries.
• Handle negotiations with insurers effectively.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards and processes.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and clients.

Skills

Understanding of underwriting claims and regulatory standards (FCA compliance)

Confident user of Microsoft Suite; Acturis experience advantageous

Highly organised able to prioritise and manage workflow independently

Strong communication administration and decision-making skills

Professional integrity inclusive mindset

Education

Cert CII qualified or working towards
