About the Role

As a Senior Client Advisor, you are a trusted ambassador of the Maison — blending product expertise, emotional intelligence, and refined service.
You represent the standard of excellence in every client encounter and mentor others through your example.

Responsibilities
  • Client Experience & Sales

Engage clients through authentic connection and tailored advice. Deliver results through empathy, not persuasion.

  • Client Portfolio Development

Build and nurture your own loyal network of clients, maintaining detailed records of preferences and history.

  • CRM & Clienteling

Ensure accurate, consistent updates to client profiles and initiate personalised follow-ups.

  • Product Expertise

Communicate confidently about suede, cashmere, merino wool, and fine leather — translating craftsmanship into compelling storytelling.

  • Visual Merchandising & Store Ambience

Uphold a flawless environment that embodies Aurélien’s understated elegance.

  • Collaboration & Mentoring

Support junior team members through knowledge sharing and example‑led performance.

Profile
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in luxury retail
  • Existing client portfolio and proven clienteling record are strong advantages
  • Natural curiosity for people and materials
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, Mandarin, Italian, or French) are a plus
  • Passion for refined style, craftsmanship, and long‑term client relationships
