London Senior Client Advisor, Full-Time

Métier is a modern luxury leather goods house that uniquely unites purposeful design with the highest quality Italian craftsmanship.

The senior client advisor will play an important role in establishing and upholding the brand’s excellent customer service, growing new and existing client relationships, and overseeing daily store operations. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in luxury retail.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Experience & Relationship Building
  • Take ownership of VIC clients, building long-term relationships through consistent, personalised engagement.
  • Proactively execute outreach strategies to grow the boutique’s top client base.
  • Act as a leader on the shop floor, setting the tone for meaningful, discreet, and elevated service.
  • Master the client journey to cultivate meaningful, long-term relationships.
  • Deliver exceptional, personalised service to drive sales and exceed KPIs.
  • Share expert knowledge of Métier’s craftsmanship, values, and product offering to bring the brand to life.
Sales Performance
  • Consistently meet and exceed individual sales, KPI, and CRM targets.
  • Support the wider team in achieving store goals through motivation, knowledge sharing, and lead-by-example energy.
  • Analyse client and sales data to help identify new client opportunities and maximise growth potential.
Team Collaboration & Store Leadership
  • Partner closely with the Store Manager to support day-to-day operations, client service strategy and store rhythm.
  • Lead by example in service, styling, tone of voice, and visual presentation.
Store Operations
  • Assist with inventory control, deliveries, and stockroom organisation as required.
  • Uphold visual merchandising standards and ensure the space reflects the brand at all times.
  • Support operational excellence across opening/closing, reporting, and inventory based tasks.
