The role:

This role will be working across a portfolio of offices.An understanding of commercial properties and commercial service charges is needed for this role.

Requirements:

• Previous experience preparing year end accounts across a commercial portfolio of properties highly desirable
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment ensuring strict deadlines are met
• Previous use of a property management system such as Yardi, MRI or Qube
• Good written and oral communication skills.
