In this role, you will oversee the end‑to‑end process for commercial home delivery of medicines, including purchasing, receipt, charging, and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Trust policies. You’ll supervise daily operations within the pharmacy office and provide leadership support in the absence of the Pharmacy Homecare Manager. A key part of your responsibilities will involve coordinating workload allocation and contributing to the development of future homecare services.
To succeed, you’ll need excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards. Strong communication and problem‑solving skills are essential, as you’ll collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver safe, efficient, and patient‑focused services.
