• Manage delegated authority relationships for compliance.
• Proactively manage claims ensuring timely reserve setting.
• Coordinate external counsel and vendors for claims outcomes.
• Present high exposure claims to leadership.
• Perform audits and follow up on findings.
• Analyze claims performance and management information.
• Support underwriting through claims feedback.
