Job summary

Millbank Holdings is seeking an experienced Civils/Piling Construction Manager for a major UK onshore project. You will oversee civils and piling activities on site, ensuring safety, quality, and alignment with project specifications and schedules.

You will manage contractors, monitor HSE compliance, and coordinate with project stakeholders to maintain robust delivery plans and risk controls. Priorities include early works, MOC processes, and continuous improvement across site operations.

Qualifications

• HNC or equivalent in an engineering-related discipline
• ECITB Temporary Works qualification or equivalent
• CSCS Gold Card or higher; Current SMSTS qualification
• Proven management experience within engineering construction
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Overseeing delivery of civils and piling construction activities on site.
• Implementing and monitoring HSE requirements and ensuring contractor compliance.
• Managing mobilisation and demobilisation of construction resources.
• Ensuring personnel are qualified, competent and compliant with project requirements.
• Reviewing construction processes and implementing improvements to meet schedules.
