Job summary

Waterman Aspen is seeking a Senior/Principal Civil Water Engineer to join the Water and Environment South team. You will work on a variety of projects for our clients, applying your hydraulic analysis and design skills across the full project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Essential: Chartered engineer or working towards.
• Experience across a project lifecycle in asset planning, strategy, concept design, outline design and detailed design.
• Experience across water sector areas including clean water networks, wastewater networks and flooding.
• Able to deliver hydraulic analysis and design.
• Experience producing and reviewing engineering calculations, specifications, drawings and reports.
• Good working knowledge of contract conditions, CDM regulations and design management.
• Ability to challenge designs and resolve problems.
• Strong awareness and understanding of industry standards and specifications.

• Apply and develop technical skills across varied client base.
• Support client progression and mentor junior colleagues.
