Scope of Work
  • Support the delivery of civil engineering works across EPC projects including power generation facilities, substations, transmission infrastructure, energy storage (BESS), and process engineering sites.
  • Act as the primary civil engineering interface between design teams, construction teams, project management, and commercial functions.
  • Coordinate and manage civil design deliverables from internal teams and external consultants, ensuring alignment with project requirements, programme, and budget.
  • Manage civil engineering scopes covering earthworks, reinforced concrete foundations, drainage systems, chambers, ducting and cable routes, access roads, hardstandings, retaining structures, bunds, and general site infrastructure.
  • Provide technical oversight and review of civil designs, drawings, calculations, and specifications in line with UK standards, Eurocodes, and CDM Regulations.
  • Support project planning activities including sequencing, constructability reviews, temporary works considerations, and risk management.
  • Assist with procurement activities including preparation of technical scopes, tender reviews, supplier evaluations, and subcontractor coordination.
  • Provide technical support during construction including RFIs, site queries, design clarifications, change management, and NCR resolution.
  • Coordinate with electrical, structural, MEICA, and process engineering disciplines to ensure fully integrated and buildable solutions.
  • Monitor progress of civil works on site and support reporting on schedule, cost, quality, and risk.
  • Support quality assurance and quality control processes including ITPs, inspections, and handover documentation.
  • Contribute to CDM design risk assessments, HAZOP/HAZCON, and temporary works reviews.
  • Support project close-out activities including as-built drawings, O&M information, and final handover.

  • Willingness to travel to UK project sites as required.
