Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in estimating for a civil engineering or building contractor.
• Proven experience working on industrial, energy, or civil engineering projects.
• Familiarity with construction contracts and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of detailed cost estimates for various civil engineering projects.
• Review and evaluate tender documents to produce accurate costings.
• Work with project managers to ensure estimates reflect project scope.
• Prepare detailed bills of quantities and tender submissions.
• Support procurement by liaising with subcontractors for quotes.
