About the Role

Our client is seeking Senior Civil Engineers to join its multi-disciplinary Water Division following continued framework success. You will contribute to a wide range of water and wastewater design projects, supporting the full project lifecycle from feasibility through to detailed design, construction, commissioning, and handover. You will collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver best-in-class engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver design work across UK water authority projects, with a particular focus on a major UK water utility.
  • Work as part of multi‑disciplinary design teams to support project delivery.
  • Prepare design submissions in line with contract and regulatory requirements.
  • Undertake studies, concept design, preliminary design, and detailed design.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders.
  • Build strong client relationships that support future work opportunities.

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant discipline.
  • Chartered or near‑chartered status (ICE or equivalent).
  • Experience in water and/or wastewater engineering design.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proactive approach with the ability to adapt to changing project demands.
Desirable
  • Strong digital skills (e.g., Civils 3D, GIS, pipeline hydraulics tools).
