Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer in London to contribute to water and wastewater infrastructure projects. The role focuses on delivering civil design from concept through to construction while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate has 4–7 years in the UK water sector, a degree in Civil Engineering, and is progressing toward Chartered status. AutoCAD, TEDDS, Tekla, or STAAD experience is preferred. Right to work in the UK is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver civil design for water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Prepare technical reports, drawings and specifications.
• Undertake design calculations using relevant engineering software.
• Coordinate with mechanical, electrical and process engineering teams.
• Support site activities and construction stages.
• Assist with mentoring junior engineers and reviewing outputs.
• Support client engagement and project delivery.
